Worked out well for Terry Davis, Tommy Wilcox who left and played for the Bear. Nothing new about LA kids wanting to play for tGOAT.

Well if Bama played a few tougher games during the season and don't back into most championships they might just might not win the Championship. When was the last time Bama won the sec championship

I think it’s sad that the great and might Alabama has to go to the supposedly less than state that is Louisiana for talent. Imagine if teams were only able to use the talent within their borders, bama would quickly be Nebraska.

What was that, Boudreaux?

Alright, so why does Saban have to come to Louisiana?

Al.com apparently disagrees with you. Here’s an excerpt from their website:
Florida had the most players with 212, followed by California with 191, Texas with 179, Georgia with 120 and Ohio with 82.
Per-capita, though, Alabama did even better as an NFL player producer. Only one state had a higher per-capita ratio of players to population. With 59 players, Louisiana took the No. 1 spot with one NFL player for every 76,837 people.

I’m happy for each and everyone of them. I hope they do the most with the degree they earn there.
Congrats to those kids.

What's the methodology of that chart? Alabama has a higher population than Louisiana but it says there are fewer NFL players in Alabama than Louisiana. Interested to see how they got that ratio

You cited an article from 2017. I assume that’s why you didn’t link it. The chart I posted is from 2018. Regardless, Alabama is a far cry from Nebraska

Can you link me please?

How about those NFL careers? I know Bama pays but not as much as the NFL.

From the limited data it seems very poor logic was used in that study
