We're just gonna end up with an underwhelming hire and drive away our recruits. I think the best course of action right now is to keep him until a decent coach becomes available, and by then his buyout will be more manageable. In the meantime, put pressure on him to make some significant changes.
Fire the AD first!
After hiring a new AD then go after Kiffin.
