Chizik and Roof are both proven defensive coordinators that have lead massive turnarounds on defenses before, and Rocker has also been a very succesful position coach at Troy, Cincinatti, Arkansas, and Ole Miss. Lolley himself served under Tuberville earlier this decade on the defense.
This defense has the tools to get back on track in the future when we won't be so paper thin.
ETA: Just think where we would be if Tray Blackmon, Sen’Derrick Marks, and Jerraud Powers didn't leave early.
