Clearly Will Anderson needs to do better. The CFP is a good time to start improving so the voters will notice him.

Kind of similar thing happened in 2013. McCarron won the Maxwell but Winston was named to their 1st AA list

The only ones that count; that determine consensus AA status are the AP, AFCA, FWAA, TSN, and the WCFF.
If you are 1st team in all five you are a unanimous AA. If you are recognized in 3, you are a consensus AA.
