Just got around to finding video of that game. Down 14 with 9 to go and cut it to 3 with under 2 to play. The 3 players left had every right to be happy at the end of that game. Completely outplayed Minnesota when they had every reason to lose by 30 at the end.

Did anyone really think the SEC would get good at basketball without falling back in football? Usually the way it works.

SEC has three top ten teams in football.
Not as great overall...but still pretty impressive.

I don't blame Pearl for clamming up, but I totally understand Auburn's predicament as well. The AU Administration needs to gather all of the information they can to build their own defense for the future if needed.
AU's new Prez stepped into a shitstorm almost the moment he darkened the door. One thing right after another in athletics.
