For real, I'd pick Tyrone Prothro, mike Shula, and the shitstorm that is DCH.
If I got to do two, I'd figure out how to expose fatty Phil's cheating amidst Dubose's own lack of control and church going happy endings.

I would personally like to see those, but some would be before ESPN so wouldn't technically be part of the 30 for 30, others do they really bring the ratings? As someone else said after you it would be awesome to do the story of LSU baseball in 90's, but would it be of much interest outside the LSU fan base?
