Eliminating the Spring transfer window

Is going to be a huge disadvantage for teams going through a coaching transition this offseason, regardless of NIL.
Jan 2-16th is going to be insane!

I listened to Dink's comments on it as well. It's what's created the whole coaching changes mess.

I'm hearing they may modify something for a spring graduate transfer something.
Basically, they forsee athletes in the final year of eligibility being beaten out in spring ball, or buried on the depth chart. The proposed proposal would let those graduate types transfer...lots of restrictions. Possibly not in the conference, or not into P4 conference etc. Could be a petition process as well. But it won't be willy nilly to the highest buffer type of stuff. Something to watch, cause as of now...January is it.
