Every coach thinks they have the best team they've ever coached preseason until they get punched in the face.

This is the equivalent of stating someone is a 90% free throw shooter just before the game tying attempt

It’s still basketball season for some of us sweety. I know to mizzou fans basketball ends after the first weekend in March but that’s not true for the rest of the country

Some of us don't give a shite about basketball and yet somehow manage to not go into every basketball thread and complain.

Do Mizzou now have the talents? I have been saying that they just need the talents to compete. Now they have the talents they should beat all teams including BK.

The program has never won 10-plus games in 3 consecutive seasons in Mizzou history.

Pathetic.

Why is this happening now? NIL and the new transfer rule changes made it possible for Mizzou to compete at a higher level. The point is Mizzou current roster has more 5* and 4* talents than any other Mizzou past rosters. This is a huge improvement over the first 3 years Drinkwitz has been at Mizzou.

This is what I am talking about building the football program. Now let's show it on the field this coming season.

1) mizz-who will not even play for the SEC Championship.

2) mizz-who will not make the CFP.

3) does mizz-who actually claim a 2007 natty????

No. Mizzou is definitely more pathetic, by a long shot. Bottom of the barrel type program, pretending to be something because of a trash arse schedule. Come back when you’re over .500 since joining the SEC.

Did you not see what Mizzou has done the last few years in recruiting and the transport portal as well as getting the right coaches? Before NIL and the new transfer portal rule changes Mizzou roster had way below SEC talent averages. The last few years have improved a lot. The roster is still below the SEC standard for top teams in the SEC. I have said give Mizzou time to build the football program. It is working right now. It doesn't mean Mizzou will win a championship this year. Maybe in the near future if the current roster makes another jump in overall talent. Isn't that what it takes to win a championship plus near the top coaching staff. Give Drinkwitz more time to actually bring in even better talented players in a couple of years from now.

Let's take a look back at what Ed Orgeron said to Kiffin about taking the Ole Miss job? Ed Orgeron isn't a HC at a power of 4 while Kiffin is still coaching at Ole Miss and winning an average of 10 games in the last few years. When will BK win a championship at LSU?

Go hire another high school coach since no one wants to work with BK. Ever since your savior Bo said bye-bye you folks have taken spin to another level.

True. Those douchebags couldn't wait to puff their chests on the Rant when they thought they had stolen a Mizzou coach. Then when he told Big Game Brian to piss off, the same coonasses blamed the source they had used originally. Bahaha!

We shall see. I doubt it. Some LSU fans even talked about BK as the one holding LSU back and kept LSU from winning a championship with the best quarterback ever.

It's absolutely wild that you actually believe Drinkwitz can win a title at Mizzou but BK can't at LSU.

One of these days a coach will come out and say "This is the worst team I've recruited in my life"

I never said he can at this time but he hasn't blown games when talents are equal or close to equal in the last few years but BK has done that from time to time and that is the key factor why BK has been attacked by his own fan base on Tiger Rant. If Drinkwitz can get close to having the same talents to top teams then that is a yes. It will take more time since Mizzou isn't a power house like some of the others. So far Mizzou roster has improved the last few years. This year the roster talent is the best Drinkwitz has had as the HC at Mizzou. So there is a chance it will get better in the near future. So why can't he if he keeps getting better talents each season since NIL and the new transfer portal rule took effect.

Which team(s) are you talking about? please tell me. Losing to South Carolina at South Carolina the talent level is pretty much being equal.
