The year after Saban left, the fins went 1-15.... Has anyone really had success in Miami, that wasn't named Don Shula?

Dave Wannstedt had a better winning percentage with the Dolphins than Saban.

Shhh... LSU is obsessed with Bama, and it's just a one way street.

It wasn't more painful than having your prized coach caught with strippers rendering you a national joke only to hire a glorified assistant as your head coach.

Since we're talking the past and all.

To be fair, who was Saban's QB while he was coaching the Dolphins? It's not like Dan Marino was behind center during Saban's tenure.

For the same reason, this is why I don't think he'll leave to coach the Browns. Brandon Weedon as your franchise QB?

If Saban gets Drew Brees like he wanted, he is probably still in Miami.

Yes it was shitty and to lose to iowa was another gut punch. But I'm happy with who we have now, some will just never get over it. In fact LSU helped saban as much as he helped LSU. He wasn't winning championships at Michigan state. Just a plethora of talent in state and in neighboring states. bama fans should be grateful LSU hired him which led to his path to bama. Him winning one at LSU was prob the main reason bama wanted to snatch him up.

That is wild! I was thinking the same thing.

Really, I was. Best thing ever. Yep.
