Ok, I will not troll you. Lock is a great qb and I look forward to watching him next year. This is good news. SEC will have one more good qb next year.

Whats the WR core like?

It's going to be interesting to see how Dooley does. He walked into an unprecedented shite storm I still cant find a comparison too (until penn st one up'd UT old school 90s stadium arms race style).

Dooley has the kind of experience/knowledge to help reshape mizzous AD/football program, and coaching. So trade that experience help for OC experience.

As a UT Alum, I think he is better than he was able to prove in 2.5 seasons, so it'll be interesting to watch.

Ya'll wak...just realize the SEC will be better with Lock back for his senior season than without. Kid has talent, he will go first round next year.

Bama you've earned right to shite talk anyone...Same for the Dawgs honestly...erbody else may as well stfu and be happy the SEC has NFL caliber QB back in the conference next year...cuz the rest of us will be looking up at these same two teams for the foreseeable future. Oh, and the shite bowls still make meaningful impact when it comes to conference revenue, win or lose...and in the end $$$ are what it's all about biotches.

We return Emmanuel Hall who was one of the best deep threats in the country last year. He and Lock have great chemistry on go routes.

Johnathan Johnson is a 2 yr starter in the slot. He's really fast and a threat to break big plays. Drop issues though.

Albert Okwuegbunam is a flat out beast at TE. Led the nation in TD catches at the position last year. Truly special player.

Also a couple backups with some experience that have also made plays Floyd (WR) and Blanton (TE)

We lost J'Mon Moore and will be filling in some new guys around the above, but he has plenty to work with next year.

Don't y'all have a big WR, #10, think his name is Reese? Saw one game and he made it look easy. Maybe I'm thinking someone else?

He was a SR TE. He'd kind of fell to 3rd in the depth by the end of the year.

So, LSU wouldn't be interested in Lock?

That is true also. He got a "return to school" grade from the advisory board.

I still contend that he would have went pretty high after the shorts and t shirts session. He's got a great release and he throws as good a deep ball as anyone. His accuracy improved this year even if his completion % didn't take that big of a jump. We had a ton of drops which may indicate he throws a "heavy ball". His one area that really needs improvement is progressions. He tends to lock onto his first read too much.

I do think he made the right decision. We return pretty much everyone on offense minus Witter and Moore.

Everything is in place for him to secure a spot in the top half of the first round. Should not be a surprise to anyone if he ends up the first QB taken in next year's draft.

I've given the guy a lot of shite just because that's what tRant is for, but with his TDs this year he made a name for himself that he can build on next year. If he went this year he'd be competing against QBs that NFL guys have been looking at for the past couple of years. It was a smart move.

He just as well stay another year. Seems like he’s been there since 2010.

Or that he is realistic about his draft prospects this year.

Hate to admit it, but my thoughts as well.

Possibly didn't get a real high draft grade.
