Also the wrong attitude to have to the other extreme. Black people are better at sports than whites, so they should make up the majority of players. They are better at dancing, singing, and are usually more creative. I think it's okay to admit that.

White people are better at some things, but I'm not allowed to say what, bc that would somehow be racist.

Women are better than men at some things, men are better than women at other stuff. Asians are smarter than all of us.

People are different. It's ok to be different, and it's ok to notice it. If you have a business, or a sports franchise, or whatever, you should bring on the best people for your organization, and you should be allowed to do it without being overly scrutinized.

Let the most skilled do whatever and forget quotas and colors.
