May as well. At least his INT came within 5 yards of a Vol receiver. Can't say the same for Gitmo.

Absolutely correct. This season does not count towards a players eligibility, so it's not like it affects a redshirt. Why would you not let your young guy go in there, take his lumps and learn. I am pretty sure UT is not winning the division and going to Atlanta.
TLDR
It makes no sense to keep bailey on the bench and not get any experience, unless he is just worried about how it would appear to recruits.

Good chance Bailey is the 4th best QB on the vol roster. He is way overhyped.

What delusion is that? I just said he obviously isn't going to set the world on fire given he missed his EE and Fall Camp.

I think he will start JG and keep him on a very short rope. I think after the Bama game you will see Bailey playing a lot more.
