At first glance hanging 73 on any team looks like a big deal. Later on though after you think about it it’s not really a big thing. How many times have you seen teams out of every level of college football score in the 50’s or 60’s and you know that they could name the score but the coach calls off the dogs and puts his backups in. Bama last year could have hung 100 on a few teams but Tua was on the sideline most of the second half. So scoring 73 is impressive but not really as big a deal as it seems. It could be done most weekends if coaches wanted.

If Clemson hung 73 on GT how many do you think they would put on that LSU this year? Hold Mizzou and a true freshman QB under 40 before you concern yourself with Fabio and the Clemson offense.

Alabama could run with them. That offense is lethal enough to play with anyone.
Ohio St can on paper and based in last year.
Don't think UGA would fare well in a best if series but one game could get streaky offensively and dominate defensively to steal one from them.
Based on what I've seen Clemson and Bama are the best teams because of Bamas offense. That team is trending like LSU last year. The defense is liable to improve more and more every week and be nasty come December/January.
