We did it by recruiting La and putting a fence up with a few good OOS commits. AU got the number 1 recruit from 4 states all under the noses of some of the best Recruiting coaches in the SEC. They did all this after going 7-5(3-5).

nope. the FBI also cares about the federal treasury. Lawders application for almost 600 million dollars of taxpayers money is almost certainly fraudulent and they have raided records from colonial bank and subsidiaries in their investigation. they also care, albeit on a more minor note, about tax evasion, money laundering and political bribery. if wire taps verify these things probably happened, they are investigating all angles. if players were paid big bucks, it is a felony not to include that money on one's tax return. that's how they nailed al capone; couldn't get him on murder or rackateering.

It's like all the drugs coming in from Mexico...for every one they catch, dozens get through without a hitch.


Maybe the FBI should search underground at Auburn for cash tunnels.

Oh, and also getting their asses handed to them on the field the previous year by the major team in several of those states.
