When I was living in Auburn I stayed until 3rd quarter or so during conference games if it was a blow out. For cup-cakes I stayed until half.
Now I live much further away and really only get the time for 1-2 games per year so I usually stay the whole time.
I don't blame LSU fans for leaving at half. We were getting destroyed in a monsoon - who would want to stay for that? All signs pointed toward a shut out.

We leave at halftime. OM leaves even in a tight game.
I left yesterday but it was a blowout and I was quickly getting close to the thing we all despise on Saturdays, sobriety, so I have a good excuse.

Our fans for sure leave early, especially the students. They're especially bad at it.

It's everywhere and it's getting worse. A lot of people nowadays don't go to games to support their team. They go to be entertained. As soon as they get bored they bolt. Long arse TV timeouts don't help either.

Ours usually bail quick but yesterday they did decent. Most stayed at half despite the heavier rain coming down, mainly cause it was only a 7 point game. People didn't really start leaving in droves till 38-21 in the 4th
