Or act like they really got one over on someone when they didn't and just make shite up, like longhorn fan above.

Most fans are decent; I can strike up a conversation with opposing teams' fans and talk football/basketball. Yes, you will have some idiot yelling something as he's passing by, but no one has ever messed with me. I think it's because I don't cause trouble.

I find visiting fans to be worse than when I go to another team's stadium.

I've got crap in Oxford before. I don't really expect anything more from their fans though so it's whatever.

I got crap in Nashville (which I was visiting) by abrasive TN fans when MSU lost to them this past season. It didn't really bother me either, but I thought "man, what an embarrassment to the university and fan-base". This was like a 50 year-old woman and her daughter, and I wasn't even talking to them, just getting off the elevator and happened to be wearing a MSU shirt. Like how sad can your life be that you have to be an arse to strangers.

You’re full of shite, I’ve never met anyone in real life that cares enough to say something to another fan outside of the stadium. People are mostly normal and realize it’s a fricking game. Still, I constantly see stories about how brave dawg fans have to interact with over the line rebel fans who have to assert some kind of dominant traits in a normal situation. It’s beyond corny at this point and it never happens.

I took my dog, a Beagle, to an Auburn vet last year and was wearing an Alabama hat.

As I drove into the town, I noticed a bunch of eyes suddenly on me and creepy looking, backwoods type people making hand signals at each other and pointing towards me.

As I arrived at the vet and exited the car, the bumpkins congregated in the parking lot and started mooing at me, about 50 of them. My dog died on the spot from a heart attack and they ate him.

They used my Alabama hat to cook him with and said Bahr was dead and Saban was only in it for the money and that I was actually in Georgia.

Haven't been there in 20 years.

Last time I was there, it to months to get the smell of cow poop outta my clothes, so I vowed never to go back.....

I pissed off a lot of Vols fans in Knoxville 10 years ago with a Gator hat and shirt.
