Once again Tiger in Miami you need to watch it with the flames/personal attacks.

STFU.
90% of the worthless Bama fans on this board do nothing but flame.
You are an embarrassment to Widespread fans.

It was a fantastic SEC battle, Bama had better lines and that was the difference, its just ashame a stupid call like this will be leaving people asking what if, and is overshadowing what was probably the best SEC game played this year.

Seems pretty reasonable to me. He's playing a big physical guy and it was a tougher job than most games. Has he had problems with cramps all year?

I agree with all bama fans that say he made the INT and they would have won any way. (My same postion with the horrible call against UGA in our game. But that is not the point. They are blowing calls like a 20 dollar hooker on Bourban, and it is just as ugly

My initial thought was it was an INT and replays seem to confirm...it's really close as to whether or not his left foot was partially in and partially out. My thinking is the original call would have been confirmed either way. I do not believe in any event there is a "conspiracy" to keep Bama and UF undefeated but trying to explain that to some people is akin to saying there wasn't a second gunman on the grassy knoll. Tough break for LSU but bad calls are part of the game and I have seen Bama on the wrong end of several over the years. Hard fought game between two quality teams. Hopefully LSU wins out and represents the SEC well in their bowl game.

I have to watch the replays however it's a shame if it was a bad call. Bama only allowed 9 yards in the entire 4th quarter.

LSU had drives of:

9 yards
-8 yards
8 yards

There is no way they would drive down the field without Scott and Jefferson. The offense couldn't do anything.

Great game ruined by bad officating again. It hurts you guys more than us, as we would still have lost in my opinion. But the National media has picked up this story and still quesxtioning you now which will cost you votes in the end and may cause a backlash if you stumble and then beat UFA. One loss and they will noy put you in NC game now, I fear.

agree the back foot was in the field but the front foot appears to be on the line at the same time.. so he would be out of bounds... I really wish he would have gotten the call becuase I feel we still would have won and then there wouldn't be this big stink on the game.

Alright buddy.....watch the replay here and please try to stand behind your point. The front foot, which you claim was out of bounds, is the same foot that makes the divot. I am sure you have seen the picture of said divot many times by now.....so how could that lead foot, which you said was out of bounds make that divot in bounds? It is alright to admit it was an interception.....you will not lose the game because of this. Try to have a little bit of sense.

Spacewrangler, you cannot seriously tell me that you are happy with the officiating in the SEC this year. I can tell you that I will not be pulling for the SEC as a whole anymore until something is done. That call was one of many in the game that was missed.

It really doesn't hurt us at all. It didn't hurt Florida with the blown call in the Mississippi State game either. People forget about it after a week. People have already forgotten about the LSU/Georgia game also.

Beyond that we won by 9 points. Our offense was playing well in the 4th quarter and the LSU offense had 9 total yards on 3 drives and an INT in the 4th quarter.

Blown calls suck but we're only going to the championship game undefeated. If we lose to Miss St or Auburn, then we're done regardless.

The only shame of it is that it leads some people question a victory where you dominated the stats, won by 2 scores, and owned the 4th quarter. When you hold a team to 9 yards and an INT in a quarter it's not like you need the refs to give you favors. But oh well... that's football.

I agree it was an interception, but the divot is kind of a stupid argument to use. The refs aren't going to use that divot as evidence unless they undeniably saw his foot make the divot. They had been playing on that field all day.

no and I have never said I was happy with the officiating in the SEC this year. There were many missed calls/bad calls in the Bama LSU game. Some that would've help Bama and some that would've helped LSU. I will still pull for LSU the rest of the year. Ya'll have a great team, great fans and all my LSU friends are great people. Hope ya'll win out and kill whoever you play in the bowl game!

Well, go look elsewhere on this board. There is a picture of the INT that shows his foot CLEARLY in bounds. That call was a mockery and sorry, but I cannot pull for ALA or FLA after the officiating I have seen this year protecting those teams.

Give me a break. The call in the Georgia game played a much bigger role in gifting a win. You had 9 yards of offense and an INT in the 4th quarter. The refs may have made a bad call but it wasn't like we needed protection. Your offense couldn't have moved the ball on a high school team without Jefferson and Scott. Injuries and fatigue killed your offense by the 4th quarter. Bad calls happen. You've benefitted from some and been hurt by some. We have too. You had no chance because your offense is horrible without Jefferson and Scott.

Look a-hole, if you cannot say that Alabama and Florida are being favored by the officials this season, then you are blind and stupid. Florida was given the game against ARK and the phantom TD in the MSU game was just as bad. The calls in the GA-LSU game were bad, but they were against BOTH teams.

Sorry dude. That was a cheap shot.
I just don't have much patience right now for those people that can't admit that an INT should have been called.
