I looked at this house the other day and was very interested. I am inclined to offer them a million and see what happens. I am just trying to figure out if the ghetto is going to overtake it in the next three years. You are from Texas and you seem like you are very sensitive to “urban creep”. I thought you might have some info. But you just want to call people names.
