An AMG Mercedes does increase the price, it is a very high dollar option that can actually double the price of a base model. It comes with a 6.3 liter engine, racing suspension, bigger rims with low profile, high speed rated tires and a higher grade of leather and wood trim interior, but that is not an AMG C Class.
The C63 AMG's most distinctive exterior difference from a plain C Class (Sport or Luxury model) is the twin hood bumps, which is a common feature for AMG versions of all Mercedes models. The girl's C Class in that picture doesn't have the bumps and it doesn't have any of the other more subtle exterior features for an AMG.
