Nutt should peddle his talents as a professional interim HC...you know, step in for a couple of years to allow a school's admins to conduct a thorough search for a permanent replacement. Takes the pressure off the school so that they don't make a knee-jerk hire and Nutt is fairly compensated as the stand-in. He's proven that he can win as long as it's with someone else's players.
The demand is there for a professional interim based on the yearly HC turnover.

I mean, he has won more games than Orgeron, but that's not saying much.
I knew he wouldn't be a worldbeater, but when he was hired I was so tired of O that I just didn't care.

Do you remember being ranked pre-season #4? It was the precise time when OM fans were spouting off how great of a coach Nutt was. I'm an Arkansas fan and I say keep the MF'R - you should know by now EXACTLY how the future will play out. He will win some unexpected victories, lose some (see VANDY game, JSU, etc.), and every game will appear to be a cluster no matter which side of the coin you are on.

Some of you folks are just fricking wrong...all the goddamn time. We were never preseason #4. We were preseason 11 and moved up to 4 for one week before we lost to USCe.

When Nutt was hired, I thougt it was a good hire at that time. Anything was better than the Ogre (Boone should have been let go when the Ogre was let go). However, Nutt was certainly a step up from him. As things turn out, it now seems not to have been a good hire. Hindsight is 20/20.
