why do you think you've not heard the term "spearing" called in the past 6-7 years?

They simply changed the word from “spearing” to “targeting”.

Why is that so complicated for you?

You aren’t smart enough to realize targeting is two different rules.

again, you're just typing up the same dipshit arguments again and again

spearing, leading with the crown, has rightly been a penatly for 70 years

You refuse to answer why spearing has not been called in almost a decade

"targeting" does not exist

"targeting" is pre-crime, referees trying to guess what they think a player was thinking

you're an idiot, and you're doing what everyone here knows you always do

spearing denotes something that happened. "Targeting" denotes something that some football referee things happened. Something that a ref THINKS a player "was thinking"

fricktillion "targeting" calls did not involve a helmet, you fricking idiot

You have yet to formulate a reasonable response to the original argument. Every response of yours
to my argument is unsubstantiated.

You said this and can’t take it back:

This is the rule:

quote:

Targeting Rule 9-1-3: No player shall target and make forcible contact against an opponent with the crown of their helmet.

What do you think of that rule and the crown of the helmet?

So wave the white flag.

You have had plenty of chances to refute my posts, and you haven’t done it once.

If it were BS, why can’t you refute it?

It doesn’t matter if we think the rule is weak. We just have all watched every hit like that in last 5yrs called targeting. So yea, there is that.
