Even if we don't have targeting, he slammed JD and put his weight all on him. It's a penalty in any scenario and you're the dickrider if your niave arse doesn't see this. So obvious. F you and F Bama. Also, just fyi, I'm not a fan of all these weak calls or rules in todays football, but if it's going to be that way than that is what it is and you can't deny that! Not sure how you losers get away with some of this?

I hate the fricking rule. targeting is just another avenue for the offense to have an upper hand.

many of the rules are for safety - targeting is definitely one..

it introduces the concept of exposed defenseless position wherein they cant be brutalized while defenseless. Players should not have to risk serious injury by dirty players breaking rules just to play the game.

Nick Saban should be banned from NCAA football for life - and any of his players banned for life if they continue their dangerous cheating.

I believe it to be a very good rule.

Not sure what to do about bama #77 running and diving into opposing players on the ground pointlessly like Saturday night. They had a #74 a coupla years ago coached to do the same thing.

Nick Saban is the dirtiest coach in football history. He should not be allowed to continue in the game of football

Interesting. Now let’s compare that to targeting…….

Rule 9-1-3: No player shall target and make forcible contact against an opponent with the crown of their helmet.

I played college football and was considered one of the hardest hitting linebackers. Other players have told me that their memory of playing was the gasp from the stadiums when I would make tackles..

A big reason why I know that YOU ARE FULL OF shite..

I know what I am talking about. YOU DON'T

I ran a 4.3 before it was known to be done in HS on our goat farm.

Ask anyone in my town!
