It is a shame that Pearl had to mess up like this. He was an excellent recruiter and coach and ran without a doubt the SEC's 2nd best program the last few years. It is bad for the conference. We really needed 3 or 4 solid teams to go along with UK, but Florida has practically fallen off the map since the dream team left and the rest of us are plain awful.

The only reason he isn't fired is because Mike Hamilton built his meager reputation on this hire. Mike is pretty much married to him. Maybe he should look at Pearl's first marriage where he cheated and lied?

no way should you keep a coach that embarassed your school like that. all this shows to anyone with half a brain is that tenn is more interested in winning than than teaching their kids about honesty and integrity. my gosh man!! he is the face of a very large part of your athletic program and you're ok with him doing this? makes you wonder what else is tennessee ok with their coaches doing? c'mon tenn, you should be ashamed

I agree with your post, but please Arkansas fans, don't act like the virgin choir boys with no skeletons in your closet.
