If he's coachable at all (I believe he is from what I've heard) then the locking on to receivers thing shouldn't be an issue by year two at the latest. The other intangibles he has can't be coached.

I'm going to defer to Sark/Milwee who both have their paychecks on the line with recruiting choices they make.
