DQed the winner for swaying too far over or something to that extent. I always assumed blocking people from passing was part of racing but I admittedly watch 1.5 min of horse racing a year

The correct call was made the horse veered across 4 lanes and almost caused War of Will to hit hooves which is very dangerous. Even though he didn't interfere with the second place horse he did interfere with other horses who might of won or placed!
