Yea, I never got the impression LSU pushed the limits or broke rules very often. Having the saihts instate probably does a good job dividing crazy fans too.

Yeah we don't have to deal with the infighting like Auburn and Alabama. I know y'all enjoy the rivalry and people often talk about LSU not having a natural rival but times like these are when I'm perfectly content not having a natural rival.

Are you so obtuse to believe that they just investigate teams to this extent if something isn't going on?

Yeah, it's called an investigation for a reason. They're trying to find out if something is going on. There have been much bigger investigations in the past that have yielded nothing.

But of course, if an investigation is going on, that means the entity being investigated is guilty.

Just too much smoke. The stuff with Hicks never went away either and the guy never played a down, practiced a minute, and the coach was let go. And we still had to police ourselves.

Don't know, might wanna ask Lorio, he's the one calling SBB out by saying writers report what they want to support their narrative.
Doesn't appear he is saying anything that SBB didn't report.

In fact. . .that is SBB reporting it, so. . .

So, in your opinion, why would Lorio be compelled to make the statement

Sometimes media members take information and try to paint a picture which may or may not be accurate. They only provide the information they want the reader to see.

The picture thats being painted will be a lot worse than any Auburn homer can imagine..book it. The problem is institutionalized and therefore it can't be seen by the local yokels.

Like standing in the forest and failing to see the trees......(no pun intended, but accepted)

And I have no intention of discussing Greg Robinson information here. I could care less if you think I need to validate myself as a poster but I wouldn't feel comfortable about the Greg Robinson stuff.

Boom..Cam Newton is the least of Auburns problems now.

When was the last time AU admitted wrong before having the NCAA swoop in?

Our basketball team, about five years ago. You can see the laughable results of that on the court now.

Of course, you're just going to respond that's basketball, who cares about basketball. And when people note reporting of minor infractions, you're going to say who cares about that, as you did with the other poster.

These arguments are pointless. There is nothing any AU fan can say to persuade you to take a reasonable, neutral outlook on anything. LSU is pure as the driven snow, Auburn is dirty as hell. There's no evidence of anything, but why let that interfere with internet venting?

The only thing that would satisfy some of the idiots here - and shamefully a select few in the "media" - is if Auburn were to hold a press conference, announce that they have bought every player that ever signed with them and then dragged all of the coaches and BOT out to the 50 yard line and summarily beheaded them with a crescent-moon sword - Saudi Arabia style.

Because somebody posted something wrong

Why would he go directly to SBB with his statement, if he thought SBB had lied or altered his words?

Everyone is wrong, and you are right.

That's reasonable?
