No one says we didn't cheat, but we also caught it before the guy even dressed for a single practice.
That coach didn't recruit after that, and he was let go shortly after.
We gave ourselves a punishment we saw fit and hopefully the NCAA will agree to it.
When was the last time AU admitted wrong before having the NCAA swoop in?

LSU had NO CHOICE but to fire the coach.

We cheated by giving a JUCO guy a free place to live over the summer. He never played a down. Never practice a minute. And the coach that was responsible for his recruitment was shown the door.
LSU policed themselves and got docked scholarships for a guy that never played a down and a coach that is no longer here. Auburn, well, they won a NC. Y'all haven't done shite to combat the stuff going on at your program. So yeah, the moral high horse right now is in Baton Rouge, not the barn.

I thought that the whole point was that the NCAA was askng about Auburn in Thibadoux Highschool, which this loria guy admits to.

True. The story is that they aren't trying to hammer LSU, they're trying to hammer Auburn and eventually will. And I know Dennis, so I have no doubt that he was careful with his words with the reporter.

Yea, I never got the impression LSU pushed the limits or broke rules very often. Having the saihts instate probably does a good job dividing crazy fans too.

Are you so obtuse to believe that they just investigate teams to this extent if something isn't going on?
And I have no intention of discussing Greg Robinson information here. I could care less if you think I need to validate myself as a poster but I wouldn't feel comfortable about the Greg Robinson stuff.
