I heard the Plump Ginger is like Pres of her sorority, an officer in the SA (Student Association) and tons of other organizations, I guess she somehow sweettalked most of the Frats into voting for her to the court. 
No way I would have voted for her though.
No I think the girl with the long red thing behind her to the right of Plump Ginger won Homecoming queen.
