Oh I absolutely agree with you. I was not trying to argue otherwise. He is smart legally for not naming the name. He is a complete bitch for going about this the way he did. He knew from day one he would be sued and his sources would be harassed if he revealed any name.

The thing I dislike about this whole situation is the Bammer's have been eating this up knowing whole-heartedly that this guy has no info and why would he choose to break his info on a scumbags show like Finebaum. Bammers need to let the Cam Newton situation go.

Yea and i wasn't trying to jump on you but that's the thing. This man is a journalist and he knows the ramifications of his actions. And if he's going to sit here and tell me just now that he can't name someone after promising it for legal reasons. Well Danny you knew you shouldn't do that from the get go if you're worried about legal problems. Don't hide behind your attorney now.
