honestly i was trying to recall , always hear complaints about time, minutes, PT, starts, touches, chances, plays.... never "clock" 
altho i dont doubt it could be a popular term thats just eluded me and looked funny in a drunken facebook rage?

His grammar is pathetic, but it's pretty common to say get more clock when referring to getting more playing time. The guy is a tool, so yes it's all good.
