Despite OP's certainty that it is broken it could be a dislocation. His foot was rotated probably 25 degrees.

No blood, so not an open fracture but either way (fx or dislocation) at the very least his season is over.

I hope Dak comes back and wins more rings than anyone. He is from Louisiana, he fights his arse off, and has dealt with more recently with his mom and brother passing than any man should

haven't said but if surgery is involved my guess is it is worse than a simple dislocation. has to be a fracture or break as well

Son of a bitch. I didn’t even mention in my original post he is from lake Charles area which has been devastated by two hurricanes. Dak has been put through The fricking ringer this year

Sometimes, a clean break is better than a bunch of soft tissue damage.
