Well it's certainly interesting (OMG WTF). I love recruiting. Soap operas bow down to this drama.
They pretty much said all along that they wanted him to be patient and come to an Arkansas camp so they could get a better look at him. I just can't believe they'd offer him after all the trash his dad has talked about Arkansas.

it may be a useless gesture if they're AU bound no matter what, but for pure comedy and drama it matters.

I had heard a lot of rumors that Dyer and Dakota would pull a big stunt to garner attention and make this signing a big deal, but now I'm truly confused.

I like this better...It's sounding like we'll make the biggest jump in recruiting rankings in the SEC...Not that it fricking matters if you jump from last to say 8th

I almost think it's the Arkansas coaches way of saying, "Hey Michael Dyer, if you would have just been patient you would have eventually gotten what you want. But we weren't going to be held hostage by a 19 year old." Of course, if that WAS the case I'd be kinda pissed that we played games just to prove a point and it cost us the top in-state player (per rivals - bjones is at the top of my list due to defensive needs).
This would NEVVVVVER happen, but how hilarious would it be if Dyer, Moseley, and Byran Jones were the 3 silent commits the recruitniks have hinted about and they were encouraged to do this in some devious plot set in motion by Petrino to sabotage Auburn recruiting? Mwahahahaha. Sounds like a movie of the week candidate.
