ETA As far as Cardwell..................Dylan was +24 in 21 minutes So exactly which big was more dominant?

Now you’re just grasping at straws. Dylan played great defense on the guards on switches in the 2nd half and wasn’t in for the Creighton mini run…do you even know how +\- works? The argument wasn’t did Dylan outplay Kalkbrenner, it was AU fans called Kalkbrenner a “non-factor”. If he’s such a non-factor, what do you think happens if you switch Dylan and Kalkbrenner? Hint, Creighton doesn’t play better in that game. You made a bad take and don’t know enough about basketball to know it was a bad take

I did. And one of us is right and one of you is wrong.

He scored 18 points shooting 7-13. He had 2 D reb and 0 O reb, and 0 blocks.. He had 2 TO's. He was useless for them. He affected the rim zilch.

Baw I think you are the “soft” on here. Just let it go and worry about St Mary’s.

Now you’re changing facts? ESPN has him with 5 D REB and 2 OREB. Are you drunk?

I’m sure the game would have been just as close if he never played tonight, you’re right…lol

I was using ESPN. They changed the STATS.

You might be right. They shot lights out from 3 the first half. They needed to find somebody hot in the second. They may still be playing if they would have done that. I mean he did dominate the paint with no blocks. Another big may have been able to get a block.

I’m going to withhold comment on this one.

Good game AU fans. Great win, and your freshman point guard had a huge game that largely won you the game. Most teams rely on veteran guards in the tourney, but Pett was the truth tonight and will be big for his confidence moving forward.

That Creighton center was Auburn's bitch.

This dudes argument if it was football. “Their DE dominated your O line, your heisman qb don’t throw but 1 TD pass”. Meanwhile the rb goes for 150 yards and 4 TD. If they’re big and Johnni played one on one then maybe they……no, Auburn still wins. Clown.

Auburn was down by 2 at the half despite shooting 26% from 3 only because they could get so many points in the paint.

Auburn led in team (both offensive and defensive) rebounds, team field goals, and points in the paint.

But yeah, our freshman PG is why we won.

Kalkbrenner really showed us!

AU basketball fans have a reputation of being football fans that just started watching basketball in 2019 due to their football team sucking while their basketball team finally found some success. They are known for knowing very little about basketball. Your post fit the reputation to a “T.”

Our "reputation" is a weird word to describe your ignorant musings.

Jang, you can selectively pick out a few stats if you want, but Kalkbrenner was only a “non-factor” in AU fans’ emotionally blinded perception of the game. If that’s what you need to feel good, then so be it. I know you guys are excited about your 2nd trip to the sweet 16 under Bruce. You should be, it’s a great accomplishment and you guys played well tonight.

I saw more clutch points in the paint than from 3

Who had a better defensive game:
(only 6 points today) Cardwell
or 4 time conference Defensive POTY Kalkbrenner

Now squirm bitch

Well, Kalkbrenner had 18 points, Broome and Cardwell combined for 14, so this one is pretty obvious to everyone except the delusional AU fans like yourself. And all these emotions, Jang, they just make you say even more stupid things. It’s ok, buddy, get some rest

I asked about defense. Not offense, princess.

Kalkbrenner scored many of his against Chaney Johnson or late when Auburn was milking the clock. Who cares.

Now get back to the subject. Which player had the best defensive game.

Oh wow, it’s like you don’t understand that if one team is on offense, the other is on defense. Quoting points scored is a direct indicator of how the defense played. Jang, this is bad even for you.

And…You’re right, Dylan guarded a whole lot of other people when in the game other than Kalkbrenner…lol. Maybe take a step back and go to bed

I literally just told you he got a bulk of his points against Chaney Johnson.. as in Dylan wasnt even in the game.

Wow you are dumb.

Meanwhile Kalkbrenner literally guarded nobody. Guards were scoring on him down low. How does a 7'1 center play that many minutes and not collect a single block. Pitiful

There’s no point in arguing with him. It’s like he just started watching basketball after last year when his team went to their first final four. These new Alabama basketball fans are soft.
