The season is already bad, but they will beat Vandy and gain a little confidence and momentum. A little like Arkansas who is playing better lately.

They missed the bus on that chance when they decided to not field a team in the second half Saturday. No offense to Ole Miss at all that was just the last window Auburn had. Even if they beat vandy the rest of their schedule isn't promising enough to salvage anything.

Is just a gut feeling. No one looked worse that Arkansas the first 4 games, and they are playing decent now. Auburn has some talent, it is not as farfetched as you think. They have struggled late in games, one win can do wonders for their confidence.
I’m not predicting they’ll become world beaters and may not even make a bowl seating at 1-5 but wining say 4 of the last 6 would be an improvement.

Auburn has Vandy (eh toss up, but Vandy seems to be mentally tougher), A&M (will destroy Auburn), New Mexico St. (If they lose this, Chizik might be hanged at Toomer's), Georgia (Auburn can't stop them), Alabama A&M (See NMSU), and Alabama (ZERO chance in this one)
How you can possibly see winning 4 out of those 6 is beyond me. I see 3 as the best possible case...

Agree with them having almost no chance against Bama and Georgia, but A&M could happen. Aggies are playing well, but they are beatable.
