I'm betting I've watched that game a LOT more than you have.

Probably but I can tell you I've watched it at least three times and I still have it saved on my DVR.

Furthermore, that's similar to saying Fred Tayor is Florida's best player ever because Tebow isn't a NFL style quarterback.

THAT IS A FACT!

So you're saying there is no way he could ever be considered the best player in the history of LSU?

So much talent and LSU fans pick the more overrated guy in a great secondary. Eric Reid IMO is easily the best secondary player y'all have. He is the main reason y'all beat Bama in the first game and the only reason it was t uglier in the second and yet he gets not nearly enough respect from his own fan base. Not to mention he is a good humble kid. I would take him over nearly anyone in your secondary if we could swap secondary players.

Yes, he is soooo overrated he won National and SEC DEFENSIVE player of the year.

Point taken. Just to note the players from each team in the NFL, currently: Alabama: Mark Barron Roman Harper Rashad Johnson Charlie Peprah LSU: Ryan Clark Laron Landry Danny McCray Craig Steltz Curtis Taylor

I mean more like now and the past two years.

We've had/will have Barron, Lester, Sunseri, HaHa, Collins, and maybe Eddie Williams. Yes, we haven't seen Williams and Collins play in the SEC, but that isn't the point I'm trying to make.

In the past like 20 years I would agree that you're DBU.

didn't read the thread. What is the guess on turning pro after this season? Is he expected to declare? Where is he being projected as a JR, SR?

eta... to answer OP, no.

You TM7 lovers are just too much. The guy wasn't even your best DB last year. On a related note, I watched the BCSNC game last night chuckled as Bama picked on him all game.

Will this FALSE MYTH EVER DIE? It couldn't be further from the truth. TM was burnt sooooooo bad in coverage. Zero TDs and 4 catches. That's actually a compliment to TM.

I'd say you're Cornerback U and Bama is Safety U.

No. LSU has more safeties than Bama. Landry, steltz, Clark

He gone.

yup.

33rd overall right now, late 1st to early 2nd.

However, his prospect as an NFL player has absolutely nothing to do with this thread.

But it's not like Bama didnt have the sheer advantage in that game. On top of the fact that your boys had the revenge factor working for them and our boys had a bad game
We played LSU for the BCSNC in NOLA "and annihilated them". How did Bama have the advantage? LSU was the better team on Nov.5th,Bama begged their way into the BCSNCG,TM7 "And the rest of your boys had a bad game" on 1/9 ,"but talked sooooo much shite before 1/9". Now all "most" LSU fans can say is shite about CNS,Updyke,Tea bagger,AJ, and what ever they can come up with to make them feel better about 1/9 and upcoming 2012 season. Listen TM7 is not the best DB in the country or the SEC,LSU will not win the BSCNC,and Les Miles will be on the hot seat "again" after this year.

It gives him an entire extra season in CFB, if he does not declare. I'd say that will impact his CFB career stats significantly, therefore it does relate to this thread.

Have you seen LSU's list of NFL hall of fame players? TM7 is definitely in those 3 guys league.

I skimmed through your post briefly, and while most of it had nothing to do with what i said, i found this line quite interesting
