How close are we to a Draft where salaries are regulated with draft position, and then a possible bonus for starters or players they feel are huge contributors?
Once you are drafted by a team you have to stay there for at least 3 years, or they could trade your "rights" to another team.

Shouldn't be required to attend classes as a paid employee. But if they are paid employees then you can be fired and shouldn't be getting a free education. In the end, scholarships will be for NON athletes attending school.

Probably not. There is a school of thought now that, as employees, schools will be able to drop all eligibility requirements and employ them for 3,5,10 years or however long they want

Nope. They'll be strongly encouraged but I'd bet most won't.
