No.

Lost their best WR.
Their LB's are meh.
Lost their best CB

That's funny because it seems like I've heard this before.....

Oh yeah after 2010 people said the same thing because we lost PP7, Shepard, and Nevis. The defense may take a small step back but there is just as much talent on the field as last year.

Losing Randle hurts so some young receivers who will need to step up. We do have all 5 running backs from last year back plus Hill coming in as a freshman so the offense should be solid.

Mrjoker whats the head to head against miles and saban?

Having no dog in this fight, did Jan 9 not render this argument invalid? No flame, I'm just asking.

Do Arkansas fans just gravitate to any thread about LSU and immediately start showing their asses?

Neither Bama or LSU would have lost to Auburn that year either and with a 3 way tie Bama would have been SEC and National Champs.

It wouldn't have been a 3-way tie. Bama would have been 6-2, LSU 7-1, Arkansas also 7-1 with a h2h victory over LSU.

Only the most avid Miles fan could think Saban pulled even in coaching ability with the outcome of that game.

Given the choice, how many would choose Miles over Saban to lead their football program?

To answer the question, LSU may have a better team this year than last.

And last years LSU team was the best I've ever seen.

aybe Petrino could give Miles some pointers on how to act like an adult when recruits choose other schools.

I would say Miles could give Petrino some of the class he has......but Petrino would still be a selfish little bitch.

Les won the first two vs. Bama with Nick's players so those are technically Nick's wins.

Beat you in Nov with a below average QB

Saban was very fortunate to go to a starved program that could offer him the world.......the difference between Miles and Saban are actually not as far apart as Bama fans would like to think.

I wouldn't want to be the guy that replaces Saban at Bama....Bear II

The point is Miles is not even top two in his own division.

Saban and Petrino way above Miles, so he is fighting for 3rd in the West div.

Ha. Next thing you're gonna be saying is that Houston Nutt could get LSU 10 wins a season.

I really wasn't flaming and I get that they are now tied up in wins. My point was, when Saban really needed to win...he did.

This right here. I know we could play the "IF" game, so lets do it. If Bama loses that game, boy we would be talking a totally different ball game here. 1 game that made a huge difference. One would think that the Gumps would be calling for Saban's head.
