Just heard from someone that the injury is potentially career threatening - possible compound fracture. Said an immediate prayer that it isnt. I hope my guy is wrong, Hog fans. Sounds like Davis is a great person. Prayers with him

If this is true, damn... Horrible news. You're a pretty legit source, but I will still take this with a grain of salt. I don't wish that upon and player or person.

I think you know me well enough to know I want nothing more than to be wrong here. I'm just relaying what I was told when I started asking questions about his injury.

Again, forget sec play, I want it to be wrong for this kid's nfl future.

That's fine, nothing has been ruled out yet, but everything right now points to a broken ankle and him being out most, if not all the season.

I'm gonna trust Hawgeye on this one for now. He was pretty spot on during the MA hiring so me thinks he has some good connections on the inside.

Thats nice of you and all. I am no good now though. We have been talking about top water baits and my love for using the artificial worm bass fishing. I have been debating on buying a new rig just for the Carolina rigging.

The hospital that we would use is not releasing any information on a Knile Davis. That does not mean anything though. I will certainly know more in the morning.

Can't stand Arky, and sure as hell wasn't looking forward to facing Davis again.

Still hope he's alright and gets well ASAP.

If you can stare at the Muschamp for more than 2 seconds and not fear imminent death then welcome aboard.

I don't trust land locked states that have fleets of ships. It's a rule.

I keep reading broken ankle, out 6-8 weeks

Typical time frame to heal. He wont be taking any contact well beyond that timeline. Depending on injury 6-8 weeks is optimistic

I certainly dont wish it on him. In fact, I am hanging on to the word "potentially", which was emphasized to me. We'll all know more tomorrow.

Well damn that sucks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's a clean break and he still will get his shot at the NFL one day.

Won't be too hard to stop the UF offense. I've secretly placed two dozen krispy kremes in a janitorial closet to lure Chuck in and then lock it

Just have to hope for the best.

Knile is a great kid, has a big heart and a very strong willed person. If anyone can recover from any type of injury, he is the man.

The thing that worries me the most is that it is the same ankle he has had problems with before. Realistically, it could be ruined.

I am still a bit sketchy on these surgery reports right now.

I know there are many, many more people in this area more connected than me, but I also know people spread word about Mike Anderson being hired last year and Pelphrey not being fired this year.

Petrino and staff are very tight lipped. If you do not know someone actually inside the BAC, then your info is pure shite and speculation.
