Going to need a read/option QB that has an accurate mid range and down-field passing game. That keeps the defense honest and half a step back on their heals.

Then you need a front four that can occupy blocks and hold the line of scrimmage and a couple of lbs and safeties that never miss tackles.

LSU, USCe or UGA are all a QB and offensive system away from being able to do it.

Oregon probably has the offense to do it, but not the defense.
