QB? AJ is better, but Rick is gonna think stats make Mett better.
Right. How dare I bring facts to prove a point when you have biased opinions to back up your stance.

70 percent of total receptions (106/153) this year for LSU are from two and only guys.
If you take Bama's top 2 by receptions they are only 31 percent of Alabama's total number of receptions.

So you are penalizing lsu's corp because we have two nfl Wrs that are always open
Even they're not Mett will just throw it into double coverage. Proof he force feeds them the ball.

Lsu doesn't need to get passed its 2nd read.
Bama doesn't have to often, either. We rotate. A LOT. And there is never a set decision on one WR being a first read because of who he is. Again, study up on our offense. Landry/OBJ play every down because behind them LSU has nothing.

Team stat. You aren't good at this.

Mett is a solid QB. Now... if he only played defense too.

He likes to throw to the defense.

Team Stat? Losses are team stats.
Isn't that what we are saying about the WR positions?
You are talking out of both sides of your mouth now.
Les... sometimes you need to learn to punt.

Numbers don't make a player better than the other. Too many factors to consider.

Mett doesn't play on defense.
He can only control offense.

Possibly but this about the sum of the parts. How good a corps is depends on the total strength of the group not the individuals.

QBs should always be held responsible for a loss.
And considering the two losses (just this year) he has had were because he couldn't beat AARON MURRAY in a big game or a shootout...
The other being because he threw THREE picks.

Yeah. Mett is only #2 in the sec in yards , tds and qb rating. He just sucks.
He's played more games than any other QB in the SEC, this year, as well. 9 already. Most others have only played 8, some 7.

Losses are a team stats. And AJ has had bad games as well.

Qb rating does get affect by games played.

Not named Coop.

He has had bad games but never threw 3 picks in a game.

Really?
Because it takes things like yardage and TDs into consideration. NOT YPG or TDs per game. He's had one more chance than everyone else to get yards/TDs.
