He has really struggled this year. And last year too. LMAO

This proves my point. Kenny bell is one of your best Wrs. Does he even 1200 yards for his career?

Bell isn't one of our best WRs. He's our fifth WR because he's a fifth year Senior and one of AJ's best friends. He's a go deep or take a screen guy, and that's it.

There is nothing but gump bias that says bama' wr is better than lsu's.

OBJ and Landry are better than all of Bama's WRs, except Coop. I'd say Coop is their equal. But after OBJ and Landry? None of your WRs have done anything.

Lsu's other Wrs rarely get thrown too because we have TWO elite Wrs. Bama has 1, a healthy coop.

You think Coop is going to start getting all of the targets now that he's healthy? He won't. He'll get a couple more a game, but AJ throws it to whoever is open. We use three other WRs because they are all extremely talented. Bell has paid his dues and plays too.

Or Mettenberger has tunnel vision. You really don't know how this whole pro style offense thing works.

Couldn't be more wrong. Coop isn't even on the field every down. We rotate WRs like crazy. And even then, Coop isn't always the first read. Do a little studying up on our offense.

Then name the teams who have a better corp group of WRs. And don't bring up the throw happy conferences that don't run the ball either. Bama is about as even run to pass in yardage. Name them. I'll wait.

There's too many to name without a healthy cooper. You just said one of your best wr is Kenny bell. He doesn't have 1000 yards for his career.

I don't recall him saying Bell is one of our best WRs.

Bell is our 7th or 8th best receiver.

Mett does great when he has time to throw. And he does have two really good WRs to throw to. After that, he doesn't have much.

AJ has his choice of 4-5 receivers and a TE that will be a #1 draft pick in a few years. Coop is elite like the two from LSU. But Bama is much, much more deeper and has many more legitimate targets to throw to. Norwood will be playing on Sunday as well.

If ours isn't top 20 then what is yours? Like I said your third receiver has 9 catches which is the same as our 8th best receiver a RB who has missed a game because of suspension.

So you are penalizing lsu's corp because we have two nfl Wrs that are always open? Lsu doesn't need to get passed its 2nd read.

Where did I say AJ has struggled. AJ is a great qb that will be a good nfl qb.

Landry and OBJr are better than any bama wr not named cooper.

How far does LSU's WR corps drop if you take OBJr away?

He is by far your best player.

How does Alabama's offense compare to LSU's?

I know you said LSU is better at WR, but what about OL, RB and QB?

I didn't say Bell was one of our best. Coop is our best wr when he is healthy. And he is every bit as good or better than the two at LSU. After him, we have a solid corp of receivers. And two that will play on Sunday in the future, possibly three if Jones keeps improving.

Again, they don't need to. Both will be 1000 yard Wrs.

The stats show that AJ is doing what he is taught throwing to who is open, not showing any tendencies, executing a pro style offense.

On the other hand Mettenberger's fourth best receiver are the defensive players he is playing against.

This.

Coop
White
Norwood
Jones
Black (who doesn't see the field because he's a slot WR, and Jones is also a slot WR. Norwood plays some slot as well. Then consider how often we use two TEs)
Foster (redshirting because he came in late)
Falkins (behind the likes of Coop, White, Norwood, and yes behind Bell, but Bell plays for different reasons)
Bell

Talent wise, Bell isn't that good. He's kinda fast, but other than that, meh. Even his hands aren't that good.

Yeah because I'm the one that says a wr corp with no Wrs in the top 15 in yards , tds or rec, is one of the best CORPS in cfb.

Do you think Coop/Norwood wouldn't be 1000 yard WRs if they were the only guys who played and AJ targeted?

OL? LSU

RB? Push.

QB? AJ is better, but Rick is gonna think stats make Mett better.

Yeah. Mett is only #2 in the sec in yards , tds and qb rating. He just sucks.
