Not exactly sure. He won rookie of the week on other sites as well I think. This one was the first one that popped up and it seemed legit.

For some reason I doubt it’s a fan vote. Henderson is Jag, and Minshew won it 7 weeks last year as a Jag. I don’t think that many fans would be voting on Jaguar players.
