The one in Chattanooga is way better.

I feel like stuff dies more often than the norm at the Georgia Aquarium.

I liked the river exhibit but only because im a redneck.

You would like the Chattanooga Aquarium if you haven't been. I'm not really into Catfish and possums as aquarium exhibits, but the otters are cute.

Stop by Varsity for the onion rings if you head to to Atown. Gotta love hotdogs, fries, burgers and simple things that are now iconic.

there's this petting zoo called the Cheetah...you can get in free with any sporting event ticket stub...

Yeah you try "petting" anything at that particular zoo and you will meet a couple of the largest human beings ever seen.

Gotta go to other cities for strip clubs to be full contact. Montreal (St Catherines street) is classic for that.

I suggest the following as being great visits in ATL in the winter when you want to be inside.

The Cyclorama ( LINK) Battle of Atlanta Civil War museum). People forget about this and its fantastic.

Georgia Aquarium

World of Coke

The Varsity (required...gut bomb central and fun).

See whats going on at the Fox Theatre. An unbelieveable venue especially for movies and live shows.

Buckhead area for restaurants and shopping. Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza are high end. Any number of great restaurants in the area as well.

I am one of few apparently that love Atlanta. I like the Aquarium, the World of Coke, and the Varsity, plus I go to GT games all the time with my GT friend. Plus, Six Flags is pretty awesome as well.

Ask for my girl, E. she can get you into to see the belugas up close and personal. Big white porpoises for those of you who don't know what they are.

Should be one of the better bowl games. Clemson is one of 2 decent teams in the ACC. They have talented skill players but I'm thinking LSU's defense will pretty much throttle Clemson's offense and score enough to win in a fairly low scoring game.

Hate hearing the aquarium isn't that good. Its supposed to be the largest in the US right? I plan on taking my kids but I got discount tickets through my company so im not spending much money. It it better than Ripleys Aquarium in Myrtle Beach or Gatlinburg? If not then I will be disappointed.

Oh gosh... it's way better than those. I think it's actually pretty good. I went to a black tie party there which was one of the coolest parties I've ever been to. If you got discount tickets it should be awesome.
