My post simply states his 1st HC job was on 2005. And even though he wasnt a HC that long, it still took 18 years from his 1st HC job to win it.

Just like when you’re an athlete and you start college. You can enroll in college and play 1 year. And take a break for 3 years and go back. You are not a sophomore when go back eligibility wise, you are a senior. In college athletics you get 5 years to play 4. When you start that eligibility clock there’s only certain things that can pause the clock from counting towards your eligibility. Joining the military will stop the clock and when you get out of the military it starts back the first eligible semester you’re able to attend.

So I never said he was a HC for 18 years. I simply stated it took 18 years from his 1st HC job.

This is a lot of copium.

May wanna go look when he got his very 1st HC job.

Nope, when he got his first HC job doesn't determine how long he has been a head coach.

Head coach at Point Loma Nazarene for one year.
Head coach at Nevada for two years.
Head coach at Arizona for five years.
Head coach at LSU for two years,

1+2+5+2= 10

Jay has been a "Head Coach" for ten years.

Who is a better reliever and closer right now in the country. Did you miss the performance he had against Southern Miss and Stanford.
He was the first reliever since 1997 to blank an opponent for six innings at the CWS.

Burns dominated once the NCAA tournament started coming out of the bullpen.

During the Regionals, Supers, and CWS here are his combined stats.

4 appearances
16 innings pitched
22 K’s
5 walks
8 hits
1 Earned run
2 wins
1 save

No one else that came out of the pen this post season put up these kind of numbers. Without him UT don’t make it out of the Clemson regional.
