How would you make that argument over a 12-1 OU?

Let’s all drop our LSU and Bama small penis issues for a second on both sides.

This is so stupid. It makes everything WAY too subjective

Yes they would! An 11-1 Bama in a close loss to LSU without "Tua" would most assuredly go to the CFP'S over a 12-1 big 12 champion. Now, should Baylor dominate Okrahoma twice but trip up and lose a close one away, things might be different. The NCAA would feel empathy for "Da Bears!"

Strength of schedule and quality of loss. How would you make the argument for them?

I disagree that it is so absolute but think paranoid LSU fans have it backwards:

I think if LSU were to lose a close game at Alabama and the following happen:
1) Alabama finish undefeated SEC champ
2) Florida win out until Alabama in the SEC CG
3) No other BIG12 team --like Baylor -- finishes with less than 2-3 losses so Oklahoma would really have no Top15 wins and best win may likely still be Texas.

LSU's resume may stack up well enough--quality of top wins + only loss @ undefeated Alabama -- that the committee ranks them over Oklahoma. Maybe not but certainly not to the point that I would be saying it's absolute.

Alabama's would not, IMO, even if Tua were hurt for LSU.

Well yeah, who gets in over them if LSU wins out?

Clemson, Ohio State, Oregon, and Oklahoma are all ahead of a one-loss Alabama with no championship.

Alabama plays one team this year. If they lose to them, they shouldn't even be talked about for the playoff.

OU will end the season with 2 or 3 ranked wins, a conference title, and 12 total wins

In your scenario, Bama would have zero or 1 ranked win, no conference title, and 11 wins total

Would be crazy to take them

they won't.

But, they'll get the nod over all other 1 loss non-conference champs and all other 2+ loss conference champs

OU lost on the road to an unranked Kansas State team.

They’ll have at most 3 top 25 wins. Baylor, Texas and Big 12 ship.

LSU would have lost on the road to #2. Had 3 top 10 wins and likely 4 top 25.

Bama would have lost to #1 with their star hurt and have 2 top 25 wins.

LSU easily gets in over OU. Bama likely gets in.

2?

They would be lucky to have 1 top 25 win at years end if they lose to LSU

A&m will likely be 7-5 and Auburn could be 8-4

A&M and Auburn would give Bama 2.

Oklahoma lost to an unranked Kansas state team.

Alabama’s loss would be to #1.

It takes some extraordinary shite for non-conference champs to get in. People forget that Bama barely got in over an Ohio State team that had two losses and was throttled by Iowa

A&m won’t be ranked. They will be 7-5

Auburn will be either ranked around 20 or unranked

Maybe Tua should have faked injury against Clemson. Maybe they would have let yall replay the national championship game

They count when you played them, big how they finish.

Also your talking about teams that lost to Florida, Bama, LSU, Clemson and potentially Georgia. Literally all of them are national title contenders.
