No it isn't, I'm a longsuffering Falcons fan and the Julio/Peterson rivalry has also been one of our favorites.
Peterson is a great player. Hating a rival loud talking corner is part of liking football.

It is. Unfortunately for him, Julio got those numbers in the first half.
He hurt his ribs on a diving TD catch in the second quarter, played very little and wasn’t even targeted by Ryan in the second half.

He's Elite, but not hands down "the best" cb in the NFL.

The announcers brought up that matchup during the game, and the first 3 times they met up Peterson more than held his own, including one miserable performance by Jones. Then something changed because in the last 3 Jones has dominated, with one game being so bad that Peterson called it his worst game in his life lol

Okay - excuse me. Back to my point - tackles and INTs is an awful way to judge DBU because the good ones do not get targeted.

The NFL and DBU was all that was left of LSU. Bama came and took that shite too, Damn.
Every week I look up Bama DBs are returning interceptions for TDs and the best DB from LSU is getting donkey fricked by Julio Jones.
Every damn talking point has been taken by Bama.
LSU has the most players in the NFL. Nope Bama does.
Louisiana has the best in state talent. Nope the state of Alabama has more players in the NFL.
Leonard Fournette is a generational talent. Nope he is huge disappointment, boarder line bust.

He had 6 catches for 82 yards in only the first half. He sat out the second half with an injury.
And are you honestly saying Julio isn’t a top 5 WR?

Peterson got after Julio in their 1st NFL meeting. Payback for Julios ownership of PP7 in college.

Peterson probably isn't even LSU's best corner at this point. Tre White is pretty good.
