But the only "rules" that the BCS lives by is how it will calculate the human voters and the computers. There are no "rules" that dictate how a person must vote. You know this already. I'm not sure why you're trying to argue against it.

I'm not sure if I can take you seriously if your argument is that the voters aren't voting on who are the two best teams. WTF are they voting on then? And why is that ok?
I've got to go anyway. If I don't help clean the house today my wife is going to cut me off.
But, IF the voters think that Bama is clearly the #2 team, they're obligated to vote that way. If there's some doubt, vote whichever way you think. But that hasn't been most LSU fans' argument. "We don't want to play y'all again" isn't good enough.

Absolutely. It does not violate any stated purpose of the BCS. Cecil Hurt is flat out wrong... an obvious product of an Alabama education.

I personally want to play Bama in the MNC because LSU is not recieving enough respect for the win at BDS.But I guarantee you there would be just as many Bama fans crying foul if this situation were reversed.

The arguments aren't bullshite. What is is Bama fans thinking they're entitled to a rematch because they contend to be second best. You are, as in also ran. You were beaten at home. Accept that like a man and take your weak-assed schedule to a lesser bowl.

I think BAMA is scared, but they have nothing to loose if they get a chance to get into the game. I have listened for 3 weeks to BAMA radio on if LSU gets upset by Ole Miss, Arky, Georgia, etc. how & what scenario it would take to put Alabama in the NC Game and keep LSU out. Problem is there wasn't much of a scenario of keeping us out, but you guys hypothized and have beat a dead horse to death with the what if's this happens to LSU etc. and now your gloating that you can sit home and watch LSU battle Georgia, and you get to take us on again....Don's accuse us of scared, yall are the most insecure, yet entitled bunch I have ever seen. All your team really has is a lot of luck, a good defense, and a weak strength of schedule, which you do year end and year out.

where is that argument? How about bama should not be rewarded with a week off and a title shot for losing to LSU at home? How about bama had its shot at lsu AT HOME and lost while the others teams have not had a chance vs LSU?

Well we already know that LSU is better than Bama courtesy of a 9-6 win at your home stadium.
You're telling me that if Bama somehow beats LSU in the dome that a 1-1 season record with the win coming at a neutral site and the loss coming at home that Bama would deserve to be champions?
That is absolutely ridiculous. Bama had their shot and lost. Get over it.
