They will be a very good team the question is can they build an sec caliber defense. There will be a handful of teams in the sec alone who will slow Johnny football can their d keep them in it

They got lucky. This QB is better than Matt Barkely.

They will and when they do, they will own the SEC. And you guys will never hear the end of it from Aggies. It will be like releasing the Kraken on SEC fans.
Sumlin's Conference USA offense with JFF is too much for old school football. All he needs is a top notch defense and then you'll see SEC offenses adapt to keep up.

I love the "we're just good because we lucked in to a good QB"...
It's called recruiting. LSU fans are pissed because they seem to have no ability to go out and find a QB worth a Shite for the last few years. Go evaluate and recruit one like Bama has since Saban's been there. It's the difference between LSU and bama over the last few years and there's nothing lucky about it.
