Interesting facts that really hammer home the difference between LSU and Alabama football.
At LSU Nick Saban had 3 or more losses in 4 of 5 seasons. At Alabama Nick Saban had 3 or more losses in 2 of 17 seasons.
At LSU Nick Saban had 4 or more losses in 2 of 5 seasons. At Alabama Nick Saban had 4 or more losses 1 time in 17 seasons.
During the 2 years of the “decline” Deboer is 2-0 against LSU by a combined score of 62-22.
In his first game Deboer beat LSU by more points than LSU has ever beaten Alabama.
In 2 seasons at Alabama Deboer has as many CFP appearances as LSU has in the 12 season history of the CFP. In the past 4 seasons Deboer has twice as many CFP appearances as the LSU program.
At LSU Nick Saban lost to a Dennis Francione coached Alabama team 31-0. The next season a Dennis Francione coached Texas A&M team lost to Oklahoma 77-0.
