Well there's a first time for everything. It takes depth to win a championship. This team has a lot of depth at various positions that was evident last season after we went 8-1 without Garcia and Lattimore and still avg almost 200ryds per game. If we get some lucky bounces our way I see no reason this team can't go undefeated unless you think this is the 1999 gamecocks team.

We'll definitely have a chance to beat everyone that's on our schedule, but IMO we'll still lose 2 this season. Good enough to make the SECCG though, so it's not that bad....

It will still be really difficult. But it definitely becomes easier with all the offseason shenanigans.

You will still be 8-10 point dog at LSU...if not more. You aren't winning there...sorry. I wouldn't go overreacting about the TM7 thing...LSU has a lot of talent...the only player that would have significantly cost LSU would have been mett.

No. I see at least one loss on your schedule on 9/22.

You will lose to LSU by 2 TDs instead of 3.

probably the deepest position on the LSU D is cornerback.Im not sure is was the best cb on the team. Now he was the best taking the ball away and was a great punt returner.AS for usc east going undefeated.Get Real

I'll remember this thread and the river of excuses involving TM7 if u somehow lose. Everybody is entitled to there own opinion with or without TM7 I say we could beat LSU. That's why they play games on the Field. TM7 isn't your team just like Marcus Lattimore isn't our team but people still act like it.TM7 made you a lot of plays on special teams just remember that.

I always enjoy seeing the look on Spurrier's face after the game!

It's definitely possible. The depth at SC is better now than it's ever been and the defense looks dynamite.

However, the talent disparity between LSU and South Carolina is still light years apart, and the game's in Baton Rouge. Not to mention, South Carolina's got one helluva game with Georgia the week before that, so any advantage you may have had with LSU playing Texas A&M the week before goes out the window.

I'd still look for a loss here and just hope everything else aligns for your Cocks to go 11-1 and get to Atlanta.
